From scheduling to get me in same day to reporting what was needed to keep 'old Betsy' running smoothly, Taylor made the whole process just easy. The only thing I would have changed in my experience would be to take me out to the shop to show me the leak as the mechanic discovered it, rather than just telling me that my car needed an expensive manifold replacement.
