Kyle was adequate. He answered our questions and deleted options we chose to forgo. When asked if there was any wiggle room in the pricing, he did not check or answer the inquiry but seemed to use the option deletions as the only credits available. I suspected there was no relief, so didn't pursue it further but will remember it.

Dealership was comfortable with places to sit and the restroom. Going through Costco program alleviated stress about the price of the vehicle and we were lucky to know exactly what model we wanted.
