Everything was great only problem is that I asked that during the eco treat that they clean the inside of the windshield which got water spots from the quick detail when I bought the vehicle.

Autumn was wonderful! The manager, not so much. He never apologized for what happened. And never offered to compensate for the inconvenience caused by their technicians. Would recommend Autumn. Sadly, this the second time our skid plate fell out after they serviced our car. Trust front line service personnel and let them determine compensation without having to consult with the (management).
