I-5 Toyota is always clear and concise. they do an excellent job going through your vehicle. I had my vehicle in for a recall repair and the attention to detail and their estimates for the repairs that I need on my vehicle are outstanding, highly recommend them.

Great, everything went well
Rodney our salesperson and Robert the Sales Mgr were outstanding. There was no rush and everything felt very pro "us". At no point did we feel like we needed to hassle or go into some sort of negotiations. Everything was presented in a professional manner and we were allowed to ask questions and make sure we were comfortable throughout the process.

I precoordinated with dealership and Rustie prior to my arrival to view and test drive what is now my 2025 Tundra. The purchase price was also established prior to my arrival so there wasn't the back and forth negotiation I've experienced in the past.
