It was pretty good and the agents did been over backwards to help and work late to get you what you wanted.
I really enjoyed being able to communicate via text message. They were very responsive to messages. We were able to find a car, get a quote and get a lot of the paperwork completed via text message so when arrived at the dealer to pick up our car it was a pretty quick process. Very friendly and professional team.
Taylor, Alex exceeded my expectations. NOT sure why a business your size has the worst phone system. Previously when it asked to press ?, for sales, service, etc service very seldom answered, now all calls go to parts??, you get a great connection to service desk but parts. Call the Honda shop next door and their AI is smart, customer friendly and business accurate. I did like the texts that were sent for this appt. If I receive ads going forward I will be unhappy.
