I was in for regular maintenance--oil change and safety check. All went well. I appreciated the safety check report and the amenities in the waiting room. I would have appreciated knowing approximately how long I would need to wait. In the future, can you give customers an approximate time expected for the service they have come in for?

I signed in with a phone robot, mostly straight forward except it wanted an alternate date which I didn't want. Getting there, I sat in the wrong spot for a few minutes until someone came out and pointed out the clear signage where I should have been; in my defense I didn't know the phone robot had classified me as EXPRESS. The service people were courteous, helpful,and fast. The service tech did a good job, (I watched from a far), and the waiting room was comfortable and my mochacoffee was great.
