Had an AI bot from I-5 Toyota text me an inquiry 2 years after I told them we purchased a Sienna van in Pennsylvania. "Was I interested or did I know somebody who was interested in purchasing a vehicle?" A little bit of horse-trading within my family and one night of mulling and I bought the exact vehicle in the exact color desired. The whole experience was great. We did not feel pressured into buying anything but we felt heard the whole time. Really enjoyed the convenience of the whole experience. The sales associate, Charlie was amazing. He was timely, accommodating, respectful and made the experience even better.
