Was a bummer having an 8:30 am appointment and not getting out of there till almost 11 am. I do understand that things happen. I did see it was noted that my cabin air filter was bad. I was wondering how they judge that. I put that one in 5 days ago along with my air filter. I reckon it's possible a cabin filter could go bad in 5 days, however the toyota has been parked while I drive my diesel.
I received very supportive service from the person at the desk who took me in, started and finished the process. Clear explanations all the way through. And the driver's kindness who delivered me to the shopping mall and picked me up was also much appreciated.
Our sales lady Janelle was great. Nice lady and seemed to be very knowledgeable about the truck we wanted.

Was good, quick. Employees were profesionable and accomidating. Would of been a 5 star, but drove off the lot and the vehicle was nearly empty having to stop to get gas. Little annoying, but is what it is.
