I did a lot of looking online before making my decision on what car I wanted. I-5 Toyota had "the one". I called as soon as they opened and spoke with Brad. He sent me the build sheet and a quick video of the car before I headed down so I could see the details and also get an idea of what it looked like in real life. I have not bought a car in 19 years so I was not looking forward to the experience, but from the moment I arrived I was greeted and assisted immediately. I was able to get the information I needed and find the perfect vehicle for my family and my budget. I could not be happier with my purchase and keep telling everyone to come to this dealership for their next car!
Salesman was great. Was looking for a Tundra with my stepdaughter had a great selection was able to go with a truck that day.

Was a bummer having an 8:30 am appointment and not getting out of there till almost 11 am. I do understand that things happen. I did see it was noted that my cabin air filter was bad. I was wondering how they judge that. I put that one in 5 days ago along with my air filter. I reckon it's possible a cabin filter could go bad in 5 days, however the toyota has been parked while I drive my diesel.
I received very supportive service from the person at the desk who took me in, started and finished the process. Clear explanations all the way through. And the driver's kindness who delivered me to the shopping mall and picked me up was also much appreciated.
Our sales lady Janelle was great. Nice lady and seemed to be very knowledgeable about the truck we wanted.
