Taylor, Alex exceeded my expectations. NOT sure why a business your size has the worst phone system. Previously when it asked to press ?, for sales, service, etc service very seldom answered, now all calls go to parts??, you get a great connection to service desk but parts. Call the Honda shop next door and their AI is smart, customer friendly and business accurate. I did like the texts that were sent for this appt. If I receive ads going forward I will be unhappy. The valet type service was so unexpected and a huge relief. I would recommend it to anyone. The service itself was excellent as usual. I have been a Toyota fan for a long time and appreciate everything they provide their customers.
I was very impressed at how well I was treated there. I was given a service loaner that was much nicer than my vehicle, staff was friendly and helpful, they did everything they could to keep costs down, would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
Great! Bought new truck from Janelle Root. Jenelle was very professional and showed me all options on vehicle. Got paperwork done quickly and Janelle sold me some running boards. Got into finance and out, buying a warranty from Talon Rakoz. Overall experience was great!
