Your technicians are usually on top of their game plan, but this time & last time, the tech did a tiny mess up, no big deal, they were able to correct the error with no problem and I was on my way. Otherwise you guys rock, keep up the great work

Customer Service was great at I-5 Toyota. Waiting 1 year 24 days for carpet under padding was really ridiculous for Toyota in general. Can't blame the dealership for that directly.
