I brought my car in for its 5,000 mile service. I had an appointment, and my car was serviced right away and was ready in less than an hour. I did inquire about when I could expect to receive the second key fob that was promised when I took delivery of my car at the end of January. The service rep did try to find out, and informed me that she did not know exactly when I could expect to receive it and that I would get a letter informing me when it was available. Sales was great and not pushy, great deal all the way around
I went to Toyota 4 times to replace and or repair two tires. Tires needed to be ordered, I was notified to come in . I waited 2 hours just to find out only one tire was ordered instead of two. They got the 2nd tire in and I was given options of when to come in. I told them I'll be in Sunday but no tire guy available, they said come back Monday but again no tire guy. The new guy communicated well at first but we waited all day and then had to go there right before closing to see where the progress was with the car. The guy had left for the day and never called and said the car was done. Ive bought 2 cars through you guys and would think we could get even a 10 percent discount but didn't. Finally today, we have had some spuddering with the car that never happened before. Scheduled appt for oil change and replacement of fog light. Got to appt on time. Once I arrived i was told there would be at least an hour and a half wait before they could even get to car. I am a senior. I live in onalaska which is quite a distance from chehalis. I had no one available to pick me up and no where to go. I opted to reschedule asking if there was a better day t get in and out. I was told sunday was less busy. I booked for Sunday and left.
