Jeff O. was very pleasant. The salesman and finance person were not as easily engaging. I got the car I wanted but overall Jeff was the only pleasant one. Also I did not get a choice on the extended warranty. I would have not purchased it but was made to feel as I had to purchase it. The interest rate was higher than what Jeff sent me the night before. Overall 4 stars but better attitudes would be nice!
I new what I wanted, and got exactly what I asked for. My experience with my sales representative was excellent. I would recommend him to anyone I know for a great buying experience.
