Had to bring my truck back to repair the oil drain plug that was leaking and restall missing bolts on skid pan. They did OK and tried to do it quickly.

I came in to have my emergency brake adjusted that took about an hour, I was told it should take a half hour. After driving the truck for about a half hour there was a chirp coming from the back of the truck, after hearing the chirp I pushed the emergency brake a little bit and the noise disappeared so obviously the work you did on my truck is causing the chirp. I called your dealership and left a message with my name and phone number which was never returned. I feel that there is something wrong with the work that was done.... read more

2 things. Whenever I walk into the service area, none of the employees at the desks acknowledge your presence, so it's hard to get their attention and get help. Clicking on "use this link to notify the supervisor" doesn't make a difference. 2ndly, when I went to collect my car, I was told everything was fine. When I get home and look at the report, 2 things were labeled as "critical". Why weren't they fixed? Or even mentioned when I was called about my car being ready for pick up? The dealership added extras to our financing rushed thru the paper work so we over looked some stuff. Call so we could get it fixed they did not want to remove what I wanted they rather they wanted to discount the items instead of remove them. Even when I said I did not need the services and probly will never use the services

2 hours and 20 minutes for scheduled appointment for a tire rotation is ridiculous. Also I was told I would need to make a separate appointment for a recall to update the computer for a break recall. Second time I have been told that no one was available to balance tires. All this is a 30 minute job.

Trying to get an appointment is ridiculous. Carfax was confusing. Virtually was also not helpful. Left my phone number ans never got a call. I had to stop in to get an appointment at the dealership. It took over 2 hours for a oil change. No car wash was offered. Questions unanswered.

Was told that they couldn't sell my car and would have to auction it off. The next day it was listed on their website. Refused to give me anymore for my trade it because of that. Feel scammed now twice by this dealer. I have bought all my cars here but will no longer give them business.

My odometer still jumps up by 3,000 to 5,000 extra miles everytime I start my automobile. Taking it somewhere else to get it fixed. Tella(?) Tried hard to help me.
