2 hours was quite a while for an oil change and tire rotation and I had an appointment ,. I didn't have it washed or vacuumed and I told her I was waiting
Customer service was very good..my apoitment was at 8am this morning. I do appreciate the fact it was done quickly..but I had some errands to do..after I got back into my car from a visit to oreilys i looked over in the seat and there lays 2 black knobs..luckily I new what they were..they go on the glove compartment while service agent had removed to check cabin filter..I was a little disappointed since I could have went anywhere and thought that a automotive dealer would be steps above a jiffy lube..there's your feed back.... read more
Service department wouldn't Say thanks. The two girls in Service was busy Talking about home life. They give me the impression That customer don't matter
I believe the point of making an appointment is to receive service at or close to the time of appointment not an hour later while drop ins are served.
Left front driver side tire wobbling driving home and tried to get my wife pay 700 dollars to run a diagnostics on the car. Went over to Autozone ran a free check found out was an issue with the abs.
We were told that it would only take an hour for our car to be serviced and it took over two hours!!
The sticker on the car said it was time for service, to find out it was for a tire rotation, only! It took 2.5 hours to rotate the tires. Pretty frustrating all around. I saw the car just sitting there so I asked if I could leave before they washed it.
Never have i ever had service that bad. Walked in to service, waited at least 7-10min. Before anyone said anything. She came in, looked at me, said "can i help you"? I said "i need and oil change". Do you have an appt.? I said no, do i need one? She said no and then proceeded to finish what she was doing. She just seemed kinda rude , like oh crap , another customer. Not very personable. From appt setup to drive away the experience was highly variable. The online booking was horrible as it couldn't find me or any of my Toyotas, couldn't identify any service times available for over 3 months. The phone numbers I called all eventually answered by robot, indicated to leave a message and phone #. Total calls I made before giving up, 8 over 4 days. Lucked out and got a human after that. She was very understanding, pleasant, helpful; gave me a number to call for site customer relations and booked my needed 50k mil... read more
