Everything was good, only issue was having a 10 am appointment and taking 2 hours for a 20000 mi maintenance. I would understand if I hadn't made an appointment.

Eric the sales guy and Jeff the finance guy were beyond helpful and kind. We really appreciated all of the time they spent with us and making the best deals possible for us! Highly recommend.
Kyle was adequate. He answered our questions and deleted options we chose to forgo. When asked if there was any wiggle room in the pricing, he did not check or answer the inquiry but seemed to use the option deletions as the only credits available. I suspected there was no relief, so didn't pursue it further but will remember it.

Dealership was comfortable with places to sit and the restroom. Going through Costco program alleviated stress about the price of the vehicle and we were lucky to know exactly what model we wanted. It was just about going through the process, that was as long as it had to be. Lyle, the sales associate was knowledgeable and courteous, and the rest of the staff was warm and welcoming to us.
