Easy friendly service for oil changes
Best car buying experience I've had. Charles was excellent, I never felt pressured and overall it was a pleasant experience. I have hated buying cars because of the pressured obnoxious sales pitches and the BS. My experience at I-5 Toyota was smooth sailing. If I ever buy another car, I will go back to them.

I brought my car in for its 5,000 mile service. I had an appointment, and my car was serviced right away and was ready in less than an hour. I did inquire about when I could expect to receive the second key fob that was promised when I took delivery of my car at the end of January. The service rep did try to find out, and informed me that she did not know exactly when I could expect to receive it and that I would get a letter informing me when it was available.
