Rodney our salesperson and Robert the Sales Mgr were outstanding. There was no rush and everything felt very pro "us". At no point did we feel like we needed to hassle or go into some sort of negotiations. Everything was presented in a professional manner and we were allowed to ask questions and make sure we were comfortable throughout the process.

I precoordinated with dealership and Rustie prior to my arrival to view and test drive what is now my 2025 Tundra. The purchase price was also established prior to my arrival so there wasn't the back and forth negotiation I've experienced in the past. Rustie and sales team were very quick to provide purchase options and I eventually settled on the no finance option.
