This is my first time to buy a car at I 5 Toyota dealership. They got the deal done. Great job.
I was in for regular maintenance--oil change and safety check. All went well. I appreciated the safety check report and the amenities in the waiting room. I would have appreciated knowing approximately how long I would need to wait. In the future, can you give customers an approximate time expected for the service they have come in for?
No pressure purchase of new Toyota Prius Prime XSE. Very knowledgeable and friendly salesman. No hassle negotiation and quick time in financing for our lease. We were able to do a test drive and were very pleased with the handling and excelleration of the car.
I signed in with a phone robot, mostly straight forward except it wanted an alternate date which I didn't want. Getting there, I sat in the wrong spot for a few minutes until someone came out and pointed out the clear signage where I should have been; in my defense I didn't know the phone robot had classified me as EXPRESS. Your technicians are usually on top of their game plan, but this time & last time, the tech did a tiny mess up, no big deal, they were able to correct the error with no problem and I was on my way. Otherwise you guys rock, keep up the great work

Customer Service was great at I-5 Toyota. Waiting 1 year 24 days for carpet under padding was really ridiculous for Toyota in general. Can't blame the dealership for that directly.
