No issues with the work performed. However was a bit disappointed that it was over an hour before they started working on it. Probably not a big deal if you dropped it off. I waited at the dealership.

Steven had the few cars we wanted ro try ready to go. Answered all of our questions. Didn't feelnlike he pressured us at all but worked with us and our concerns. We also thought it was above and beyond for him to come in on his day off too to make sure we were taken care of.

KC greated us and immedately connected with us. His approach was authentic and straightforward. He was very patient as we test drove multiple vehicles. KC was knowledgeable and was able to confidently answer all of our questions. One thing that would've made me immedately walk away is a pushy salesman. KC was far from pushy, he gave us plenty of space and time. With KC's help, we chose a great vehicle that was within our budget and style. From sales to finance, Volkswagen of Olympia provided top-tier service.

Did everything they had to do to help us and never gave up
Edgar was great, very kind and thorough. Nice, comfortable area to hang out while waiting, even though I wasn't there long. Service was fast! Price was as quoted up front. The only thing I don't care for is the 3% cc fee you pass on to the customer. Charged me an extra $60 last time I was there.
