Was a great experience, Kenny was super helpful and understanding of my needs and was able to help me leave with my new truck!
The staff was considerate and although I was there for many hours trying to get an issue with my new id4 taken care of (but they were unable to take care of it as volkswagen has to put out a software update for it) they seemed unbothered by me and my daughter being there while we waited, even though It seems to me like I was constantly going up and asking what was going on. They were polite every time and would give me updates as they could get them.
Service was completed as expected. Was provided before pictures but wish I had after pictures.
Great deals, great people, great environment, great coffee machine. Seriously, every aspect of the transaction was beyond smooth.
