Brought my Cc Lux in to be serviced. Making an appointment is a breeze. You can drop it off and they shuttle you home till it's done so convenient!!! They found a few issues during my oil change explained in detail what needs to be done. My warrenty is gonna pay for some things thankful I got that when I purchased the car 2 years ago. service rider made me believe if it was the heater core then it would be covered by tdi warranty so I had them do the scan it was the heater core and ge informed me that the warranty expired a year ago but he new the year of my car he could have looked and let me know that no matter what it wouldn't be covered 230 dollars later thanks vw of olympia wallet is lighter
It took over an hour to get my car service cause of how busy you were
Salesman gaslighted me over part of the deal that was agreed to prior to transaction. After completed they didn't follow through and said it wasn't. Very frustrating since they know I didn't have time or argue.
