I previously had good communication by means of a video showing the what was done on my car. This time I spent alot of money, and was handed a pack of papers. It would have been more informative to speak even briefly with a person who knew what was done. For what I spent I might be looking elsewhere
The guys were polite and efficient the only thing is they ended up spilling a bit of oil on my concrete that I still cant get up but over all they did a good job
