I called and spoke to a customer service representative (Sarah) and scheduled an appointment to diagnose a problem with my Lincoln. Dropped it off the next day. I was driven to work while my vehicle was evaluated by Santos. I was picked back up to drive my vehicle home and returned the next morning to complete the repair. I and my vehicles are always treated very well by the entire service staff. I will always bring my vehicles to Awesome Ford.
