Great experience! We saw a truck we wanted online at Awesome Ford, drove an hour to the dealership and drove home with the new truck.

Best experience I've had on a car lot in many years. Bobby was friendly, not pushy, and he answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.
Everything was good until I tried to pay by personal check. The finance Mgr mentioned a 10 day hold but did not convey that I would not be able to take delivery during that time. This is a dumb corporate policy, but she could have done a better job explaining it and discussing options. I now have to spend $25 for a stop payment and whatever it costs to get a cashier's check, plus another trip down to Chehalis.

It was great. I got a good deal on a great truck. The staff is friendly and inviting and there is no pressure. I did feel like the process took too much time once the particulars had been worked out, but again, the staff made it a pleasant experience.
