It was good,the email information was helpful and made it easier to understand what needed to be done and what was checked with results. You didn't check the tire pressure after rotating the tires,as they were all low, only negative.
Made the experience low key, no pressure, and very easy to work with

Ok- when I called someone there said I had extended warranty. In fact 2 did that .I brought the p/u in I ask about the warranty and NO ONE claimed to know ! I found out from the manager I had it . Then I was told I would be at front of repair line because of warranty . Then we sat for 2 more weeks in the yard withing for inspection parts etc ? 3 weeks later plus a dY or 2 we finally got it back .it was fixed How ever the repair was NOT done in a timely manner. Jessica was very nice and helpful! She answered every question and if she did not know the answer to a question, she found out the answer from a coworker very quickly!
