Way to focused on making a sale. I understand a sale to you is important, but not at the expense of being overly pushy. When told I am just starting to look and find out what car that fits me best does not mean I am there to buy a vehicle at that exact moment specifically from there. Sorry, it was suppose to be the first star.
Took 6 weeks to get a replacement battery for my Chevy Bolt. My second visit I asked about a complementary rental car as covered by my original warranty. Why wasn't this mentioned when I left my car initially? I was pleased with staff who spoke with me via phone. Communication was slow during the 6 weeks process, then suddenly my car was repaired.
Very expensive considering the job. The labor is very high. $195 per hour. And I'm sure it not adjusted but set in the book. 1000 for labor putting on two hoses and a belt. I'm not a wealthy person. This really set me back but I was broke down and this shop was all I had.
I went there to get Oil change and tires rotated, and I picked a screw in one of the tires the day before. Appointment was 1130, the truck sat till 1215. After completing the service, they informed me that they couldn't patch the tire.But they rotated it to the front. Probably not a good idea, it being a steering tire. So I leave and the front tire starts making a loud noise, so I head back at like 10 miles an hour. They take it off and take the tire somewhere to get fixed. It was a long process.
