Alex answers any and all of my questions honestly, straight forward. He remembers our names and even part of phone #. Unsure if this for service or sales. Ron from service was very patient and helpful to me in correcting my camper brake issue. Besides finding a loose connection on my trailer brake control he provided me info sheet about faulty ground on trailer. Thanks for the help. Mike in regards to my purchase of a 2024 Chevy Trax was also very helpful and courteous. We worked back and forth for awhile and he was able to get me to a monthly payment I can live with.
