The salesman named Rick was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Our experience was fine, the only exception was the very long wait to close the deal, as they were shorthanded in the business office.
Everyone I dealt with was very kind,friendly and patient with my endless questions becoming a full-time rv liver with no previous experience. My sales guy is always good. My disappointment is with the "service" department or who ever does the walk through. I , as a customer, should not have to make a list of items that need to be fixed on a new item. For the amount of money spent on these RVs. Someone should be checking them once received from the manufacturer. We should not have to "send" it back to get fixed. After we have it delivered. O ly to have it brought back with more things wrong or damaged.
