I'm sure on a normal oil change this service is great, however, in the shop the tires get rotated, recalls usually get fixed and when "brake fluid is low" is an issue, it gets fixed then. I got an oil change, however, I still need to come down for tire rotation and brake fluid. The techs were polite and did a great job!
Not impressed with the service and insulted by the sales manager. The only one to redeem the service I experienced is Joe the service manager. I knew all of problems with the vehicle before I left it. They missed a few items on their inspection reports and didn't find the main concern of binding while turning slowly. But hey the loaner was cool.
Quoted to repair one thing at a given price. Price doubled when diagnostic was done. Elected not to repair.
The technician left dirt Fingerprints all over the back of my truck, where he put the camera in. He even touched the camera and left dirt prints on it. And my inspection got marked all green when he obviously didn't check everything you have to put a vehicle in the air to inspect it properly. The general manager told me they don't put vehicles in the air. That are in for a recall. As a retired technician, this is ridiculous. You always inspect a vehicle fully. I had a mobile oil change and tire rotation. The work got done quickly. I did have 3 problems though 1) they were almost an hour later than scheduled and didn't call to tell me they were running behind schedule 2) they didn't call when they were on their way so I could put the dog up and open the gate 3) they didn't have stickers to put on my car to let me know when my next service should be.
Service staff is awsome.dissapointed awsome ford charges for shop use.its like charging me for the toilet paper and the lights and insurance payment.its Part of doing business running a service shop with hoists use etc.awsome ford is a great place.i really like the service just not the seemingly greed.29 dollars for shop use is crazy.
