They were so nice. It’s a long drive and I went a day early. I know what? Over a hour drive. They didn’t say come back tomorrow, they said we will work on getting you in if you can wait a short time. I said yes and almost went right in. Then the nurse was really nice as I was stressed out. I hate making mistakes that I was a drive down from Union. The nurse and doctor were great and nice to me. I went to the facility in Centralia, Washington. Check in was great. Very efficient and great ladies doing a fine job. I really enjoyed my appt. I met with Kate how was so personable. She listened to my issues and gave me great info. She was extremely knowledgeable and easily corrected my problem and gave me needed info for the future. I would definitely go back I really like them much more than the doctors and PAC at Oly Ortho.
Fantastic and friendly staff, from reception, radiology, nurses and Dr Harvey. He was straight forward with me and I appreciate that. Ice cold water was there in the waiting room.
Terrible experience. Absolute joke of an office. We had two confirmed appointments to see an orthopedic surgeon, only to show up and be told the surgeon was “in surgery.” Instead of the doctor we were promised, my husband was shoved off onto an assistant who just threw meds at him to “hold him over” until the next appointment. Second attempt to see the orthopedic surgeon? The office suddenly “couldn’t find” our confirmed appointment. Convenient. The doctors and staff at this location take great care of people and they used to have great customer service. Ever since they were bought out by Olympia Ortho it is almost impossible to get a call back or schedule an appointment, similar to how it is working with their Olympia location. The best way to speak to someone, schedule an appointment, or manage a worker's comp claim for your employee is to visit in person as the chat feature and phone system are minimally functional.
