Polite front desk folks. Facilities were clean, quiet, and comfortable. The nurses were pleasant and the doctor wasn't hurried. The doctor took the time to explain my issue in words I could understand and what he can and will do to ease my suffering. He showed an interest in me and my history. I feel good about my first visit to Washington Orthopedic Center.
I saw Dr. Christopher Hawkins for a shoulder injury. He was very personable, had a sense of humor, and took the time to explain everything to me. He also did a thorough exam to identify the problem and then he recommended a course of action going forward. From this one encounter, I would recommend him to others.
This was our first time going there. Everyone we encountered was extremely polite and we were taken care of at the time the appointment was for. No waiting. Dr Birchard was very informative and gave us options and explained those options thoroughly. Keep up the outstanding job!
Unfortunately, I'm accident prone so I've had more experience at Washington Ortho than I care to remember. But, every time, the staff from entry through surgery have been friendly, professional, and outstanding caregivers. While I hope I never need their services again, I know I will be well taken care of if I do.
Everyone at the office were super nice. I was given good information and shown details of my procedure. From my first visit until my most recent visit I felt what I had to say was listened to and taken into consideration. They all made me feel very comfortable.
