Dr. Bender is very knowledgeable and an absolutely talented surgeon. As a disabled Vietnam veteran I have had many surgeries and I recognize a skilled surgeon. He cares about his patients and his staff is very helpful. I would definitely reccomend him for the most complicated wrist surgery.
Communication was clear and timely. Staff in all the departments I interacted with were friendly, courteous, and professional. I felt that the proposed course of treatment was sensible, and that all my questions and concerns were addressed. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice.
Every single person I interacted with, from the first call to set my appointment, to the doctors, patient coordinator and imaging, went above and beyond to help me with kindness and understanding. I’ve never felt so well cared for in a healthcare setting. I would highly recommend this practice.
I appreciate the length of time I had to wait. It really wasn't that long because, I knew that Dr. Bender was another patient, but I was glad that he was actually there. I am glad that the wrapping was taken off my arm quickly, and I didn't need any further treatment. The receptionist was extra nice, and everyone treated me with respect.
The office staff was very nice and Josh Mayes is an excellent PA. He answered my questions and tried to explain my issues.
