Everyone at the office were super nice. I was given good information and shown details of my procedure. From my first visit until my most recent visit I felt what I had to say was listened to and taken into consideration. They all made me feel very comfortable.
This was our first time going there. Everyone we encountered was extremely polite and we were taken care of at the time the appointment was for. No waiting. Dr Birchard was very informative and gave us options and explained those options thoroughly. Keep up the outstanding job!
From my very first visit to my post knee replacement surgery follow ups, I have been incredibly impressed with the entire staff. Everyone has been very friendly and professional. All my questions were promptly answered and all my needs were tended too. Doctor Harvey always has a smile and a handshake to greet me, and is great at answering all my questions. He did an amazing job! Makes it that much easier to trust them to do my other knee when the time is right. I can't recommend Washington Orthopaedic enough!
I have several complex orthopedic issues and have always received outstanding empathetic care. Whether it has been a surgery or more routine care, all has gone well. From the front desk to the back office and all the doctors and staff in between, this is a well run disciplined clinic that I greatly appreciate.
Amazing doctors who take the time to actually listen to their patients and understand who we are and what we need. Dr. Bender and Dr. Hawkins are truly amazing and gifted.
