Had fuel system replaced in CA. 1,000 miles back home, truck wouldn’t start again. Towed to I-5 dealer and worked with Martin who did the second same repair. Only this time found CA dealer didn’t replace all the parts required the first time. We chose to bring 3 hrs closer to finish fine tuning repairs. I went in with my issue fully diagnosed from a mechanic (custom auto). Told them I was told my warranty should cover my issue. I showed them pictures of my broken flex plate. They put 4 technicians on my already diagnosed broken flex plate. Warranty didn't cover my fix (not their problem). They insult other mechanics, undermining their abilities. Worst experience came out here for a jeep Cherokee. They didn't greet us. We felt judged! I had a suspended license they told me I couldn't even sit in the car. Mind you I was planning on buying the car! And also they wouldn't even start up the car. They looked at us like we were going to steal the car!! Brandon the sales guy!!
The most overrated 4.9? WOW not my experience at all from sales to service and selling a car to them was honestly the worst! They had offered me a very low trade in offer for my vehicle because they had checked out the car and found it had issues I tried to have repairs done there but they didn’t have the correct parts or staff.
